Our desserts ship within the UAE only on a Next Day delivery service basis for cookies, cupcakes and macarons and on a TWO WORKING DAY basis for customized cakes or cookies.
Returns & Refunds
All our cakes and cupcakes are baked and designed/decorated to order and for this reason we do not accept returns.
Refunds, credit balance or a replacement order to the same value may be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality prior to delivery. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
